Senior Thomas Feichtinger (Omaha, Neb./Mount Michael Benedictine) earned All-Region honors (top 35) and his second consecutive trip to the NCAA Division III Championship with an eighth-place finish (25:42) out of 198 runners at the NCAA Central Regional Nov. 14 in Pella, Iowa.
The national meet is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. next Saturday, Nov. 21, at Lake Breeze Golf Club in Winneconne, Wis.
No. 33 Saint John's cross country finished seventh out of 29 teams at the NCAA Central Regional on Saturday, Nov. 14, on the campus of Central College in Pella, Iowa.
The Johnnies now have 33 top-eight finishes at their last 34 NCAA Central Regionals (going back to 1982), including five titles and 23 top-five finishes.
