Sophomore Sam Berger (Waconia, Minn.) followed with a 74 (+2) and junior Thomas Gutzmer (Jordan, Minn.) added a 77 (+5), due in large part to a triple-bogey on his 15th hole of the round (No. 17). Gutzmer and Berger tied for 17th (+12, 228) and 21st (+14, 230), respectively. Freshman Andrew Boemer (Eagan, Minn./St. Thomas Academy) finished 20th (+13, 229).
