COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. - The 2020 Go Johnnies Challenge - the Saint John's University athletic department's second annual 24-hour, online giving campaign - has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The original date was Thursday, April 2.

Information will be made available to the public as soon as a new date is determined.

"The coronavirus outbreak has created so much uncertainty for so many," SJU athletic director Bob Alpers said. "Therefore, we have decided to postpone the upcoming Go Johnnies Challenge at this time."

"We will get through this crisis, and Saint John's continues to stay strong," Alpers continued. "We are so grateful for the support we have received in the past and for the out-pouring of support we've received for our student-athletes, particularly our seniors.
