NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Saint John's ended its regular season with a 6-3 loss at Carleton on Saturday, April 27, in Northfield.

Senior Fabricio Moncada (Managua, Nicaragua/Lincoln International Academy) improved to 19-6 overall in singles competition and 14-5 at No. 1 (8-1 MIAC) with a straight-set victory (6-1, 7-5). Classmate Willie Paul (Duluth, Minn./Marshall) matched Moncada's 8-1 conference record at No. 6 singles with win via the super-breaker (6-4, 4-6, 10-7).

Moncada and freshman Jack Hansen (Dawson, Minn./Dawson-Boyd) tallied the Johnnies' (7-12, 5-4 MIAC) other win at No. 1 doubles, 8-4.

The Johnnies return to action Friday, May 3, against an opponent to be determined in the first round of the six-team MIAC Tournament in St. Peter.
