COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – Saint John's fell to St. Olaf 7-2 in its first home outdoor match of the season on Saturday, April 18.

Freshman Ian Hansen (Dawson, Minn./Dawson-Boyd) won the Johnnies' lone singles win at No. 3 with a 7-6 (7-3) and 3-6 tally that ended with a 10-6 win in the super-breaker.

Senior Kevin Goihl (Litchfield, Minn.) and junior Dutch Hansen (Dawson, Minn./Dawson-Boyd) teamed up to earn a lengthy 9-8 victory at No. 2 doubles, which included a 15-13 win in the tie-breaker.

SJU (7-6, 3-2 MIAC) returns to action Tuesday, April 21, as it travels to face Hamline. The match is scheduled for 3 p.m. in St. Paul.
