Saint John’s junior forward Tobias Linbro (Nykvarn, Sweden) helped bring the Johnnies to within a point of clinching an MIAC Playoff berth with four points (1g/3a) in the series split with St. Olaf last weekend.

He tallied a goal and two assists in the 6-3 win in Northfield Friday night, before assisting on SJU’s lone goal in the 2-1 loss Saturday evening in St. Cloud.

The Johnnies play host to Bethel for Senior Night this Thursday, Feb. 16. The game is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the National Hockey Center in St. Cloud. SJU wraps up the regular season against the Royals with a 7 p.m. game Friday, Feb. 17, at the National Sports Center in Blaine.
