ABCA Release

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The 2025 Saint John's University baseball team earned a Team Academic Excellence Award, presented by Sports Attack, from the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) on Wednesday, July 23.

To be eligible for the Team Academic Excellence Award, a college or university must submit the grade points earned on its official squad list for the academic year and carry a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The 47 Johnnies on the roster combined for a 3.43 GPA.

SJU finished third in the MIAC with a 14-6 record (25-16 overall) and made its 15th-consecutive appearance in the MIAC Tournament (17th overall) this spring.
