CSCAA Release

COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – The Saint John's University swimming and diving team earned College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America honors for Fall 2020 on Jan. 19.

More than 450 institutions earned the distinction, which is achieved by posting a team GPA of 3.0 or higher for the fall semester.

The 32 Johnnies combined for a 3.36 GPA last semester.

SJU is scheduled to open its 2020-21 season with a pair of home duals, Feb. 6 vs. St. Thomas and Feb. 12 vs. Hamline, before vising Gustavus Adolphus Feb. 20. Fans, however, are not allowed.

The MIAC will not stage conference postseason championship meets (swimming and diving, indoor track and field) for winter sports in 2021. Participation in NCAA championship competition (if held), however, will be permitted for qualifying teams and individuals.
