FT. MYERS, Fla. – No. 25 Saint John's baseball returned to its winning ways with a sweep of Finlandia (Mich.), 6-2 and 18-0, on Wednesday, March 4, in Ft. Myers, Fla.
The Johnnies (4-1 overall) scored the doubleheader's 24 runs thanks to 22 hits and 12 free passes (seven walks and five hit batsmen) against the Lions (0-6 overall).

Michael Gruber (Glenwood, Minn./Minnewaska) became the 32nd to reach 100 career hits with a stand-up, RBI triple in his second at-bat of the first inning in game two.

Soren Roe (Golden Valley, Minn./Blake) collected two hits and drove in two runs apiece in game one. Gruber scored three runs, while senior outfielder
