ST. PAUL, Minn. – Saint John's soccer fell by a score of 2-0 to Hamline on Saturday, Oct. 20, in St. Paul.

Logan Weller scored what proved to be the game-winning goal for Hamline (6-6-1, 3-5-1 MIAC) 10:42 into the contest. Stefan Kinsinger assisted on the tally and added an insurance goal in the 78th minute.

Junior goalkeeper Payton Spencer (Hudson, Wis.) made five saves for SJU (8-5-1, 4-4-0 MIAC) in the loss.

The Johnnies return home to host Macalester (9-4-3, 6-1-1 MIAC) for their regular-season home finale at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Haws Field.
