Kagan Foster (Alexandria, Minn.) cut the deficit to 2-1 for SJU (1-3-1, 0-1-1 MIAC) with his second goal in as many games in the 30th minute. Junior
Zack Boerjan (Woodbury, Minn./East Ridge) earned his third assist of the season on a nice cross from the left side of the box to a charging Foster in the middle.
The Tommies scored three unanswered goals to seal the win. Lucas Horton took advantage of a blocked shot, which deflected directly to him in the box, in the 37th minute. Tyler Oliver scored a breakaway goal in the 58th minute and Will Kidd put away a long cross on the far post in the 63rd minute.
The Johnnies return to action with a 1 p.m. match next Saturday, Sept. 23, at St. Olaf in Northfield.
