SARTELL, Minn. – St. Thomas posted a 9-0 shutout win over Saint John's on Friday, April 15, in Sartell.

Junior Ian Hansen (Dawson, Minn./Dawson-Boyd) suffered a frustrating loss via super-breaker at No. 2 singles. He lost the first set 6-3 before claiming the second 7-6 (7-5). Hansen dropped the super-breaker, 10-8.

The Tommies (13-3, 6-2 MIAC) won the other eight matches in straight sets.

SJU (7-7, 1-6 MIAC) plays host to Saint Mary's (5-10, 0-8 MIAC) for a 3:30 p.m. match this Sunday, April 17, at the SJU Tennis Courts in Collegeville (weather permitting, otherwise Gold's Gym in Sartell).
