Saint John's University freshman defender Joe Laue (St. Louis Park, Minn./Holy Angels) scored his second career goal, in as many games, to give SJU a 1-0 win over Hamline on Oct. 9 in Collegeville. He denied Carleton of a shutout with his first career tally a week earlier.

The Johnnies (3-4-4, 2-2-2 MIAC) return to conference action this Saturday, Oct. 16, at Bethel. The match is scheduled for noon in Arden Hills.
