Horton set new bests in the 60- (7.13 seconds) and 200-meter (22.49) dashes indoors in what was scheduled to be the Johnnies' outdoor opener. Horton earned a pair of All-MIAC (top three) honors at the MIAC Indoor Championships March 1-2 with a second-place finish in the 200 meters and a third-place time in the 400. He was only 0.05 of second from the conference title in both events. SJU returns to action after spring break with the Hamline Invitational, scheduled for 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, in St. Paul.
