Saint John's University junior Taylor Freetly (Kerkhoven, Minn./Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg) posted career highs in both receptions (9) and receiving yards (154) in last weekend’s game against Augsburg. The 154 yards receiving was the third-most by an SJU tight end in school history and the most since Nate Kirschner’s 156 yards on nine receptions at home against Concordia in 2000.

The Johnnies (2-2, 1-1 MIAC) travel to face third-ranked St. Thomas (4-0, 2-0 MIAC) for a 1 p.m. kickoff this Saturday, Oct. 1, at O'Shaughnessy Stadium in St. Paul.
