Gagliardi took over as SJU’s director of athletic marketing in July 2019. A 26-year assistant football coach for the Johnnies from 1992-2017, Gagliardi is also the director of the John Gagliardi Legacy Fund, his father’s namesake, which raises dollars for the long-term stability of the football program and its immediate needs. A 1989 graduate of SJU, Gagliardi played four years from 1985-88 at wide receiver and was part of a conference championship and two national playoff squads. He has a master’s degree in business administration from St. Cloud State University. Gagliardi and his wife, Anne, have four children and live in St. Cloud.
