Meisel joined NovaCare Rehabilitation at Saint John’s University in 2013.
She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and has achieved success in the treatment of orthopedic injuries and conditions with a special interest in athletic injuries. Meisel has vast experience in athletic-injury prevention and has taken part in multiple professional presentations and research activities in a variety of topics including: Ankle Injury Prevention in the Athletic Population, Predicting Shoulder Impairments in Collegiate Female Swimmers, Concussion Incidence and Treatment and Return to Contact Sport following Elbow Dislocation.
She earned a B.S. Degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida and completed a Sports Physical Therapy Residency from St. Francis University (Pa.).
