Kevin Arthur ’24 is in his second season working with the SJU track & field team during the 2026-27 season.
One of the most decorated SJU athletes of all-time, Arthur finished his track & field career in 2025 as an eight-time All-American, 12-time All-Region honoree, 13-time MIAC champion and 19-time All-MIAC performer. He finished as the nation runner-up twice in his final season. He also four-peated as the MIAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year after sweeping the 100- and 200-meter dashes for the fourth-consecutive season.
He currently runs nationally for Team Ghana and claimed a pair of silver medals in the 100m and 4x100m relay while competing for Ghana at the Confederation of African Athletics Region II Championships.
Arthur enlisted in the Army Reserve as a junior in high school, completed basic training after graduation in the spring of 2019 and did not enroll at SJU until the semester break in January 2020. He was named one of SJU's Fr. Wilfred Theisen Student-Athletes of the Year (shared with golfer Nate Loxtercamp '24) in 2024.
