John Pollack is in his 13th season with the Saint John’s track & field team working with the pole vaulters in the 2026-27 academic year.
Pollack graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2010 and returned to earn his master’s degree in education in 2014.
He joined the Saint Benedict coaching staff full time in 2015-16. Prior to that, he coached at Mounds View High School and taught English at Irondale High School in New Brighton.
He has coached 24 All-MIAC (top-three at the conference meet) athletes, nine MIAC champions, 17 All-Region performers and three All-Americans at SJU since joining the staff.
