Eamon Cavanaugh is in his first full season as an assistant cross country and track & field coach in 2026-27. He joined the SJU staff for the track season following graduation in December of 2025.Â
Cavanaugh was an All-MIAC performer in cross country in his senior season after finishing 10th at the conference meet. He was also All-MIAC honorable menton in the 10k at the 2025 outdoor meet.
Cavanaugh majored in history while at SJU. He currently serves as an assistant curator of the Saint John's Bible and an advancement ambassador coordinator for the SJU institutional advancement department.
