Owen Johnson is in his first season working with the SJU soccer goalkeepers in 2026.
A 2026 graduate of St. Cloud State, Johnson transferred to SCSU from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, Iowa.
He appeared in five games while making a start and logging 201 minutes as a Husky, tallying a 2-0-0 record while recording a 1.79 GAA with five saves from a .556 save percentage. He made his first start with the Huskies on October 27 against Illinois Springfield where he recorded three saves while playing all 90 minutes in the 3-2 win.
He started in 23 games while at Hawkeye C.C, making 126 saves in 2,028 minutes. He managed a 0.78 goals against average in his last season before transferring.
The Des Moines, Iowa native completed his degree in physical education.
