Bell is in his first season as an assistant coach for the Johnnies in 2018. He started coaching with the Johnnies during their non-traditional season during Spring 2018. Bell played collegiately at Division I Bradley, where he amassed 39 points (10g/19a) in 81 career games for the Braves from 2012-15. He was a three-time All-Missouri Valley Conference and two-time All-Region honoree. Bell graduated from Little Falls High School in 2012 as Minnesota's all-time leader in goals scored with 112. He is the older brother of senior defender Thomas Bell, as well as older brothers Chris '05 (baseball) and Eric '10 (soccer), who also competed collegiately for the Johnnies.
