2015-16: Appeared in four games, including two starts…went 2-0-0 with a 1.89 GAA and a .938 save percentage (76 saves)…earned his first collegiate win in net in the 7-2 victory over St. Scholastica Dec. 12.

Personal: A 2013 graduate of Champlin Park High School…posted a .904 save percentage and a 3.46 GAA as a senior, including a .931 save percentage and a 2.64 GAA in three postseason games…made 47 saves in an upset win over top-seeded Blaine in the 2013 section semifinals…played for Team Northeast in the Upper Midwest High School Elite League…glove left...son of Pat and Lori Nelson of Champlin, Minn…older brother, Tony, played lacrosse at Minnesota-Duluth…born 4/19/95…Accounting major.
