Saint John's University

The 2016 season is Plombon’s third on the SJU assistant coaching staff. A 2014 graduate of SJU, appeared in 38 games for the Johnnies at defensive tackle, including all 30 from 2011-13. He transferred to SJU from Division II Mary (N.D.) and is a substitute teacher in the Sartell-St. Stephen school district. Plombon is currently pursuing a master's degree in special education at St. Cloud State.
