Larson is in his first season as an assistant coach at Saint John's in 2024. A three-time All-American, including a consensus first-team selection (by the AFCA, Associated Press and D3football.com) in 2022 and 2023, Larson was a three-time All-MIAC and D3football.com All-Region honoree. The 6-foot-7 target ended his SJU career as the program's all-time leader in catches (171), receiving yards (2,097) and receiving touchdowns (30) by a tight end. Larson recorded seven 100-yard receiving games (with three others between 96-98 yards) and ended his career fourth in SJU history, regardless of position, in receptions and seventh in receiving touchdowns. He participated in minicamps with the NFL's Seattle Seahawks and New Orleans Saints in Spring 2024.
