Biography

2016: 2016 ABCA Gold Glove recipient...2016 All-Region...2016 All-MIAC first-team selection and member of MIAC All-Defensive team...led all SJU starting pitchers with an 8-2 record, a 2.69 ERA and 57 strikeouts in 80.1 innings...the 80.1 innings set a new SJU single-season record...allowed only two total earned runs (eight unearned) in the two losses...turned two double plays and was perfect on all 27 of his fielding chances...opposition stole one base in two attempts off the right-hander.

2015: Appeared in eight games including three starts for the Johnnies...earned an even 1-1 record on the season...posted 14 strikeouts in his 18.0 total innings pitched.

2014: Three relief appearances as a freshman...tallied 3.0 innings pitched.

Personal: Born 10/22/94...son of John and Janelle Kendall of St. Cloud...a 2013 graduate of Saint John's Prep...a 2013 Play Ball MN! All-Star...played for head coach Tom Grandy...Psychology major.
