Biography

2016: 2016 All-Region...2016 All-MIAC first-team selection...started all but one game in 2016 and finished second on the team in hits (68), extra-base hits (16) and RBI (39)...set new SJU single-season records for at-bats (193) and triples (7), and became the 27th Johnnie to reach 100 career hits April 16...Academic All-MIAC.

2015: 2015 All-Region...2015 All-MIAC first-team selection...started all 42 games at third base and batted .365 (62-for-170) with a team-leading 16 doubles and 20 extra-base hits as the No. 2 hitter in the lineup...his 16 doubles were one shy of SJU's single-season record of 17 set by Ryan Roder in 1997...he tied with Aaron Pfaff '15 for the team-lead with 20 multi-hit games...batted .371 in conference play and finished second on the team in runs (15) and hits (26) to earn his first All-MIAC honor...his eight doubles and 11 extra-base hits tied him for third in the MIAC, while the 26 hits were good for fifth...Academic All-MIAC.

Personal: Born 5/15/95...son of Mike and Kileen Schiebel...a 2013 graduate of Eastview High School...played for head coach Tom Strey...a Mathematics major.
