AFCA Poll – Week 9
WACO, Texas – Saint John's University jumped one spot to No. 9 in today's (Monday, Nov. 3) American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Top 25 poll, presented by Hudl.
Six teams in NCAA Region 6 were ranked in the top 25, all in the top 17: Bethel (No. 6), Wisconsin-River Falls (No. 8), SJU (No. 9), Wisconsin-La Crosse (No. 10), Wisconsin-Platteville (No. 14) and Wisconsin-Whitewater (No. 17). Wisconsin-Stout (21), Wisconsin-Oshkosh (18), Chapman (5) and Whitworth (1) received votes.
The Johnnies (7-1, 6-1 MIAC) moved up one spot to No. 10 in the latest D3football.com Top 25 poll and rose two spots to No. 16 in the fourth National Power Index (NPI) released yesterday (Sunday, Nov. 2).
SJU hosts St. Scholastica (3-5, 2-5 MIAC) for a noon kickoff this Saturday, Nov. 8, in Clemens Stadium.
