The multi-goal game was the second of Lang's career and first since he registered two goals and an assist on Jan. 21, 2017, in a 5-4 win at Bethel. The two-goal game for Okeley, meanwhile, was his first since he tallied two goals and an assist in a different 5-4 win at Bethel on Dec. 8, 2017.

The Tommies out-shot SJU 40-21, including a 31-12 advantage after the first period, but went 0-for-5 on the power play.

Lindgren (right) made a school-record 86 saves in the 2-1, four-overtime loss a week later at Augsburg in the MIAC Playoff championship game. He and forward Brady Heppner '20 received their second consecutive All-MIAC honor after the season, and were joined by defenseman Jake Dittel '21 and forward Kyle Wagner '20.
