COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – Saint John's swimming and diving, aided by sweeps of both diving events, earned a 140-93 dual win over St. Olaf on Friday, Jan. 24, in Collegeville.
Freshman
Jack Grabinski (Sauk Rapids, Minn./Sauk Rapids-Rice) won both the 1- (266.85) and 3-meter (263.60) dives. He edged out classmate
Connor Reed (Elk River, Minn.), who took second in both events, in the 1-meter dive (264.75). Freshman Connor Pfau (Williston, N.D.) was the other Johnnie point-getter in the dives with a pair of third-place finishes.
Junior
Mitchell Dockendorf (St. Stephen, Minn./Sartell-St. Stephen) and freshman
Dylan Fleischhacker (Greenwald, Minn./Melrose Area) went 1-(2:17.51)-2 (2:22.79) in the 200-yard breaststroke, while Dockendorf also placed second in the 200-yard individual medley (2:07.12).
Sophomore
Steven Froehle (DuPont, Wash./Steilacoom) and freshman

Mick Olson (Fullerton, Calif./Troy) returned to competition after studying abroad during fall semester and placed second in the 200-yard backstroke (2:07.65).
