COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – Saint John's University and KOOL-TV, based out of Alexandria, Minn., extended its contract for three more seasons through 2020, athletic director Bob Alpers announced on Tuesday, July 31.

12099A partnership that started in 2015, KOOL-TV will produce tape-delayed broadcasts of all Saint John's home football games for the fourth consecutive year in 2018.

KOOL-TV will continue to produce and air the 30-minute "Gary Fasching Show" at 6:30 p.m. each Tuesday with the Johnnies' head football coach during the football season. The tape-delayed home broadcasts will air after the coaches' show.

"Saint John's Football is again looking forward to partnering with KOOL-TV for the 2018 season and beyond," head coach Gary Fasching said. "From the delayed broadcast of our games to the coach's show, Mark Anthony and KOOL-TV have proven to be a benefit to our football program.

"This gives our great fans another opportunity to see Saint John's Football. We look forward to working together with Mark and his crew as we embark on another great season ahead."

Viewers outside of the KOOL-TV broadcast area will again be able to watch the coaches' show and home-game broadcast as they are airing Tuesday nights on www.kooltv-mn.com. Neither broadcast will be archived online for future viewing.
