Sophomore midfielder Andrew Johnson (St. Louis Park, Minn.) scored two goals, 1:29 apart, and assisted on another as the host Johnnies defeated Cornell (Iowa) 4-1 on Sept. 5. The victory was the first for head coach John Haws and was Johnson's second career start.

The Johnnies begin MIAC play Wednesday, Sept. 15, against Augsburg. The match is scheduled for 4 p.m. at George Durenberger Field in Collegeville.
