Saint John’s freshman wrestler Josh Willaert (Le Sueur, Minn./Le Sueur-Henderson) went 4-1 to finish second at 174 pounds of the 2013 North Country Open Feb. 2.

He tallied a pair of wins and two decisions before falling to Dickinson State's (N.D.) Cameron Schrempp, 4-2 in overtime. Willaert is now 16-3 this season with a team-leading seven pins.

The Johnnies travel to compete at the Wisconsin-Eau Claire Open next Saturday, Feb. 9. The meet is scheduled for 9 a.m. in Eau Claire, Wis.
