MOORHEAD, Minn. – Saint John’s shooting woes in Moorhead continued as the Johnnies fell to Concordia 63-60 on Saturday, Feb. 6.

SJU (13-8, 10-6 MIAC) entered the contest with a MIAC-best .408 shooting percentage from three-point range but was just 3 of 12 Saturday. The Johnnies have now shot a combined 35.1 percent (60-171) from the field in their last three games in Moorhead, all of which have resulted in losses.

Junior Todd Herman (Spicer, Minn./New London-Spicer) led all scorers with a career-high 20 points, while fellow junior Aaron Burtzel (Cold Spring, Minn./Rocori) followed with 16 points and nine rebounds.

John Fraase led the Cobbers (10-12, 6-11 MIAC) with 18 points and 13 rebounds (all defensive).

The Johnnies return to action Wednesday, Feb. 10, at Augsburg. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at Si Melby Hall in Minneapolis.
